| The process of modifying attributes of a website to improve its position on one or more search engines by making it more accessible is called optimisation. It is a backend process that allows search engines to find your site when a browser makes a search for keywords. Once the right keywords have been identified we begin the optimisation process. The backend content of the website is altered so as to raise the keyword density of the site. The pages that have to be optimised are identified and we make the necessary modifications This involves the addition of Meta tags, Alt tags and singular lines of content placed at strategic locations on the site. Once the optimised content is ready, the existing un-optimised pages need to be replaced. If FTP access to the site is granted to us we upload the new pages. In the case we are not permitted access to the FTP site we hand over the optimised content to you so that your webmaster can undertake the process of replacing the pages on the site. In either case, there will be no disruption whatsoever to the existing site The site is now ready to be submitted to the search engines. A web
technician assigned to the your account will submit the site to all
the major search engines of the Internet. Submissions are made on a
daily basis to ensure efficient results. The submission process is undertaken
manually and we do not use any automated software for this process.
